My wife and I wanted to thank you for coming out and going over the house with us.. I feel even better about the house now. I know I have quite a bit of work ahead, but feel it will be a good investment. Yesterday the heat pump was putting out 106* without aux. and 125* with aux on, the cool side was 40* out and about 62* in at the return vent. Hopefully this will last a good long while.
